  My stay here was great until we got to breakfast. We were rudely asked for breakfast tickets after being in the breakfast area and eating for more than 15 mins. I explained that I had thrown them in the trash while fixing my coffee and even showed him where they were. I also stated to him that the receptionist never explained that we needed to show them she just gave us keys and WiFi passwords and told us what room and what floor we were on and said have a goodnight. I asked the gentleman why he only asked us he stated “.its policy for all guest to have breakfast tickets” but he didn’t ask the other 3 families that were there.... he stated “because he knows them”. We were the only African American family there and it came across very racially motivated. Not to mention he addressed us very loudly in front of everyone and in front of my 9 and 1 year old children. It was very embarrassing and not appreciated. I will never stay here again.
